Carla is a specialist in implementing technology in sales, marketing and customer service. Since 2010, he has specialized in improving business processes, technological implementation and user adoption.
In 2016, she was selected by the consulting firm Ekantika to develop the digital adoption area at Overcast, a Microsoft gold partner, in Mexico City.
In 2018, he started his first CRM implementation in a start-up in Argentina.
