  • Know the differences in the sales process between the 4 regions.

  • Migrate the databases of the 30 business users to Pipedrive.

  • Adapt the flow and information of advertising campaigns to Pipedrive

  • Integrate Slack with the Pipedrive sales pipeline.

  • We interviewed each region leader and conducted co-creative workshops to map the business process step by step

  • We define a process embodied in a global sales funnel for all regions.

  • We implement automations to standardize:

    • Country and campaign nomenclatures​

    • Calculation of campaign investment

    • commissions

  • We integrate Slack, so that every time a campaign goes to implementation it creates a channel in Slack. 

  • We create a unique proposal document with SMart Docs, which is filled automatically taking the data from the CRM.

  • We synchronize email to make seller conversations visible.

  • We create dashboards of indicators and metrics, by vendor, country, region and global master.

  • Visibility groups were created between the regions and the managerial and sales levels.
